Stone sculptures

The task for developing this marble sculpture was to create a beautiful free form, from an existent profiled stone, which had in its middle vertical axis an iron plug with 60 cm length. Meeting this stop would result in destroying the whole figure. On the foot you can still see the rest of the pre-existing profile. Through its lankiness and smooth curves the sculpture suits very well into hard bordered and rectangular rooms. The surface is fine grinded on the top and rough rasped on the bottom. That demonstrates the growing of the form out of the existing hard bordered profile into a beautiful willing sculpture.
